## There's a new face at Codi Cymru

We are entering an exciting new chapter for Codi Cymru as we welcome a new face!

We're absolutely delighted to welcome [**Daniel Bevan**](https://www.linkedin.com/in/daniel-b-544248b9/) as our new Head of Growth and Membership!

Dan joins us at a hugely exciting time as we continue building Codi Cymru into something much bigger than an awards ceremony.

Yes, we're here to celebrate the very best of marketing in Wales, but our ambitions go far beyond one night in April.

We want to create a thriving, connected and ambitious marketing community. One that champions brilliant people, shares ideas, sparks conversations, creates opportunities and puts Welsh marketing firmly on the map. Dan will play a huge part in making that happen.

From building partnerships and bringing the Welsh marketing community together to telling the stories of the people and organisations shaping our industry, he'll be helping us turn our vision into reality.

There are some really exciting things in the pipeline, and we can't wait to start sharing them.

#### Our mission is to create a platform that supports marketers in Wales year-round.
